In this way, the brain releases "connection space" for other tasks. In other words, the person is learning. And once the automatism is well integrated, their reaction is subconscious.

People see chocolate, associate being happy with eating it, making resistance futile. Many of the extra pounds people want to use are because of sweets: peanuts on the way home from work, cupcakes nibbled on while driving, etc.

How fast are the results?
